Politically Aware

A Muslim needs to be politically aware and must struggle against all the trends which contradict Islamic point of view. He must focus his efforts on countering all concepts which oppose Islam as a complete way of life. He needs to ensure that the Islamic concepts he carries are spread throughout the society, reaching every household, touching every heart and convincing every thinking mind. 

He has to dismantle and destroy all Kufr concepts prevalent in the society while establishing and building the Islamic concepts so that they are firmly established in the hearts and minds of all Muslims, so that they realise and return to that which gives them life; the struggle for Allah's Deen.

A Muslim should be aware not only of the local affairs affecting the Muslims but also of the international affairs and conspiracies being hatched against Islam and Muslims. These should push him out of his state of slumber, motivating him to spiritually strengthen himself, leading to his increased state of awareness producing consistent and continuing actions until his objective is met or he meets his Lord.

A Muslim thus has to interact with the society and stand firm in face of all opposition driving his strength from his Aqeedah, he cannot hide nor go into isolation, fearing his inability to do anything. For every step that he takes in this Struggle, inshaAllah Allah will make the next step easier and open doors for him and help him in ways he could never have imagined.

May Allah grant us the tawfeeq to be amongst those who understand this responsibility on our shoulders and engage in it as only a Muslim can. Ameen.
