Lizards are said to be among the creatures which are not only disliked by the human being but are extremely poisonous. The scientists say that most of the species of lizards contain harmful chemicals which can lead the animals to the stage of death. A lot of life killing lizards can be seen here and there in our houses or the buildings we visit at on a daily basis.
But an unfortunate incident amazed the people of Pakistan on 3rd September, 2013. A dangerous lizard happened to enter the body of a woman named as Farwa, when she was taking a deep sleep on 3rd September. What happened that Farwa was sleeping that night when an ill-looking lizard entered her mouth and then reached her stomach!
All of a sudden the poor lady started crying with the pain and her brother took her to the DHQ Hospital. But how can it happen that our doctors help and treat the patients at the point without asking them some strange questions? The same thing happened in this case as well. No doctor was present at the spot to treat the lady. At last an eye specialist D.r Zaheer Chaudary suggested them to have an ultrasound of the crying lady. But still the same thing, theultrasound department of the hospital was closed and there was no one to treat the patient.
Finally, Farwa’s brother decided to take her to a private clinic and he did it in no time.
Over there, the lady was treated properly and a lot of tests were taken to judge her sever condition. Still now Farwah is suffering from too much pain and restlessness. The incident remained in news for many years. The people belonging to different media channels blamed the DHQ Hospital doctors not to be present at their duties and neglecting their responsibility.
Is there any way that our doctors would realize their duties and how to pay keen attention to such emergency cases? I don’t think it is. But let’s see if Almighty shows up some miracle.
