Top Overweight Countries Speak English

Overweight Countries
USA, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada and Ireland are those countries that are famous for their overweight nations. They will have a high rate of obesity and you will find fattest people in these countries. Recently many scientists have started research on this issue that why English speaking countries have the fattest people. One of the researches they have come up with is that people who speak the same language have a great tendency of doing what their neighbor countries are doing. In this case, all of the countries follow USA. That is the reason why they also have fattest people in their country.
Even though Mexico is not an English Speaking country but still it also have the fattest people. The reason for that according to researchers can be NAFTA. They have recently signed the agreement NAFTA that is North America Free Trade. According to some, this can be a reason. There are many people wondering why we see the fattest people in these countries rather than any other country. The answer is simple. These English Speaking countries do not have a healthy life style.
English Speaking countries are living a fast life where they take in a lot of junk food too. This is the reason why there is great number of fattest people in these countries. They do not only have unhealthy diets but there daily routines are also not that impressive.  They are living on sterilized food. Areas, which have a great population, are mostly the city area. These areas have pollution and which in a way affects the health of the people.
English Speaking countries have very unhealthy practices too. Most of their children are not involved in any kind of physical activity. The reason for this is the computer games or other addictive indoor activities that they now have found more interesting. You will notice the fattest child of the family will be really into computer games. This culture was first common in USA only but all other English Speaking countries are following the same pattern.
